Tasting notes

Amber colour. Elderflower aroma. Orange peel and elderflower flavour with a good hoppy bitterness and grassy and citrus notes from the dry hopping of Sorachi Ace and Pacific Jade. A very summery combination of flavours.

Brewed with pale Maris Otter malt, and malted wheat. Hopped with Northern Brewer, Hallertau Hersbrucker and Summit. Fermented with a Belgian saison yeast (WLP566). OG 1053, strength 6.4% after bottle conditioning.
